Lazette Gifford, known as Zette on the NaNo website, is a longtime Wrimo known for her huge word counts. She has consistently overachieved since her first NaNo in 2001.
Lazette wrote NaNo for the New and the Insane, a detailed guide to taking on the NaNoWriMo challenge. This book was released in 2006 and is available for free on her own website and on Smashwords.
She is the owner of Forward Motion, a well-known website and discussion forum for writers.
