Roleplaying
Roleplaying (formerly Role Playing and Communal Story Building until September 2019) is a NaNoWriMo forum where Wrimos create worlds together, often through role playing. It was founded in 2007 after roleplaying threads took over a significant chunk of the Games, Diversions, and Other Exciting Forms of Procrastination forum.
There are typically two threads for each world built in this forum: one for the actual game and one for out of character conversation. The rules and constraints of the world are determined by the Wrimos participating, but they must not exclude anyone who wishes who get involved. This is the primary additional rule of the forum (besides obeying the Terms and Conditions and Codes of Conduct, of course).
The roleplaying forum lives within the Diversions & Procrastination forum.
