Europe :: Romania :: Elsewhere is a NaNoWriMo region for the parts of Romania outside of the Bucharest capital area. As of April 2020, its About Us reads "Here's the crazy bunch located at the crossroads of Central and Southeastern Europe, on the Lower Danube."
It was founded in 2019 when Romania split into two regions.
