USA :: South Dakota :: Black Hills is a region consisting of South Dakota's greater Black Hills area. As of March 2021 its region description reads "Welcome to the Black Hills Region NaNo page! We are rockin' our word counts in the biggest (and most beautiful) backyard of the Dakotas!!"

In 2012 the Black Hills region achieved the Donation Derby's League 4 highest increase in average donation.
