Life After NaNo

Life After NaNo (formerly Life After NaNoWriMo until September 2019) is a NaNoWriMo forum devoted to discussing life after NaNoWriMo. It was founded in 2007. This forum was formerly closed down during the site relaunch and reopened on December 1. Starting with the 2015 season, this forum is open year-round.

One could argue that there is no life after NaNoWriMo, only life before the next NaNoWriMo. This is a topic of debate in the forum.

The Life After NaNo forum contains one subforum, Big, Fun, Scary Adventures. Before September 2019, Life After NaNo was part of the I Wrote a Novel, Now What? container category (previously named December and Beyond).

Popular Topics and Threads

Topics of discussion typically include both writing related projects and other more general topics. Topicality is not typically as strictly enforced since this forum is only active during the off-season when misplaced threads are not as much of a concern and traffic is down. There are also general discussion chat threads started for every month (typically labeled things like "Fantastic February" or "Moving Along in March", etc.)
