What on earth is going on at NaNoWriMo HQ? Here's a high level summary compiled by an anonymous community member.
All-Ages forum

There are several forums that have small, yellow suns to the right of the forum title, which means they are All-Ages forums (also known as G-rated forums). This means that they are safe harbors for people of all ages. As said by forums moderator Heather Dudley, there is, "... no profanity, and no discussions of violence or sexuality." allowed in All-Ages forums.
In 2011 the statement [All Ages Forum] was added next to the sun to make the all-ages nature of these forums clearer.
All the forums on the Young Writers Program site are all-ages.
