1) A previous NaNoWriMo participant who has stopped participating in the challenge.
2) A current NaNoWriMo participant who has participated in NaNoWriMo several times. These are the people who offer to mentor Newbies. The vast majority of them have been participating since the Drupal years or earlier, and have a winning OLL Event Record.
3) A member of the NaNoWriMo community who is a previous member of their nation's military.
