A Tep Palk (a spoonerism of "pep talk") is a pep talk written while the writer is drunk, overly tired, or in other ways impaired. They are typically filled with typos, uninhibited, and often incoherent.

The term was coined in 2015 by zeninsomniac after reading an overtired pep talk written by tiakall during her #50kday attempt. The Tep Palk thread returned in 2016 to the Beyond 50k forum.
