NaNoWriMo Ate My Soul

NaNoWriMo Ate My Soul is a NaNoWriMo forum where Wrimos commiserate about the negative aspects about the noveling experience. The forum was called "I Hate Myself and Want to Die" until 2006, when it was renamed to its current name. This forum is popular during the NaNoWriMo season, as many things can go wrong while noveling or living a non-noveling life.

Forum Description

2003: "I am a talentless hack. Why do I do this to myself every year?"

2005: "I knew it was going to be bad, but not this bad. A clubhouse for novelists in distress."

2006-2014: "A clubhouse for novelists in distress."

2015: "Your laptop won’t boot, the coffee pot is empty, and your cat refuses to move off of the keyboard. This is the premier support group for novelists in distress."
