The Marketing, Self-promotion, and Stuff for Sale forum resides in the Outside the Box forum category. It has seen posts for Alphasmarts for sale, editing services, blog pimping, handmade crafts, published novels, and more.
Each active forum participant may post one promotional thread in this forum. Members are not allowed to post self-promotional posts outside of this forum (a link in signatures is accepted), and posts elsewhere may be moved to this forum, or deleted. Nor may they have multiple posts in this forum. Members who join only to post a self-promotional thread in this forum will have the post removed and be warned (or in the case of spambots, banned outright). Items do not have to be for sale; promoting personal websites and blogs or free material is also permitted. Typically, the posts are promoting the items of the user; sites not affiliated with the poster that are being recommended for writing usefulness are posted in Helpful Resources and Sites instead.
The forum contains a sticky post for Offers from Non Participants, which can be submitted to OLL through the Forums contact form.
