Blobby
Blobby is the stuffed T. rex that lives at NaNoWriMo HQ. A Wrimo mailed Blobby from Florida to NaNo HQ in late 2010, and the staff immediately embraced him as part of the NaNo family, adopting him as the office mascot and even writing a bio for him on the Camp NaNoWriMo. The bio appeared until 2014.
According to his Camp NaNoWriMo 2012 bio, Blobby's favorite camp activities include playing tetherball (but not being the ball), sunbathing, manning the grill, and telling ghost stories around the fire. He also writes excellent postcards and makes great s'mores. Blobby is very enthusiastic and enjoys saying "GUMPO!"
Blobby usually takes lunch with Sharkie the shark puppet. He avoids the Chris Baty doll, perhaps out of intimidation. He's writing a screenplay called "Blurpy: The Adventures of My Pillow". His progress on this screenplay is unknown. Blobby's favorite season is spring.
His 2011 goal was to increase his "roar" strength [1].
